Has Anyone Tried Joe Wick's 90 Day Plan?

Hello, I currently use a lot of Joe's lower calorie recipes for dinner each night as I find them easy and enjoy the cooking from scratch.
I have been questioning doing the 90 day plan which would mean I would have to cook his food for all three meals plus snacks. I asked the help team and they said it's about £50-60 per person a week, which is a whole lot more than I pay now with my Weetabix, protein shakes and soups during the day.
Has anyone done this? What's people's opinions?

    Never tried his food plans, I just eat food I like in a calorie deficit that meets my personal macro requirements. I like his workout videos though.

    What would be your plan on Day 91?

    My sis and one of her friends bought his ‘bespoke’ plan, they’re both very different weights, sizes and even sexes! and the plan they were sent was exactly the same - even down to how many cals they should be eating...

    She sent me it and I made a few of his recipes, which were really nice! But massive portions (I found anyway!!)

    I decided to just buy a couple of different cook books, one of his, a jamie Oliver and also clean eating Alice. Most of their recipes are for 2-4 so by cooking a few each week it feeds me flrnthe entire week.

    I try to have either oats or eggs and avo for brekkie and fruit for snacks. I spend about £35-40 a week on food and then I use the Jillian Michaels app and go hiking for work outs...

    £50-60 per week sounds like an awful lot for one person's groceries -- and not even including household incidentals. You can do a lot better for yourself for the money. I think @BlueRosie80 has the right idea -- look into recipes that you like and cook for yourself.

    Joe Wicks has said on many occasions that he doesn't believe in counting calories at all. I don't know about you but that sets alarm bells of for me, and yes I understand you can lose weight without counting every calorie.

    Well he is a qualified personal trainer not a qualified dietician. Being an online nutrition coach isn't really a selling point for anyone in the UK, seeing as you can pick up a certificate from online courses on Groupon for £20.

    His plan does advertise itself as calorie/macro controlled so I am not entirely sure if some comments he's made about eating too low calorie/meal replacements have been taken out of context.

    Just watched an interview with him there how he mentions not eating 1000 calories per day and being obsessed with calories, but then says we all have different energy demands (last time I checked that was calories lol) and food needs to be adjusted accordingly.

    This seems rather expensive - we feed a family of 3 for around $100 US a week.

    I know, I just mean if he was so totally anti-calorie counting he surely wouldn't advertise that it's tailored to your calorie requirements.

    Oh please dont . He's falsely advertising no calorie counting but amount of time you spend meausuring exact ingredients for his recipes are crazy !
    I wasted money on his 3 months plan and it was ridiculous. His cook books recipes are good and just as easy as in his funny Instagram videos but actual plan

    ....... 370 grams greens,28g mushroom ,92 gr onions everything was so complicated I spent ages in kitchen prepping the meals and other half washing dishes. You can't really eat out,can't drink, if not eating allowed sweets from the plan you are only allowed 2 carbkilla bars a week.

    It's basically low carb unessary complicated with fasted cardio and ridiculous food bills and wastage .
    When I got Ill during (unrelated)and couldn't do workouts I was told I had to restart the plan from day 1.
    It would be the same if I had a takeaway or went away for few days and eaten of the plan.



    By all means use his cook books alot of them are higher calorie but filling but in my experience
    I regret wasting money and time on it.
    Regimented,complicated and time consuming .

    i like his recipes - he is a good source of ideas for low carb meals and the portion sizes are usually for 1-2 people which is handy. not fussed for all the HIIT bollocks
