Need tips!

Hi! I was 451lbs at my heaviest. I lost 168 lbs through diet & exercise over 14 months. I’ve gained about 25 lbs over the last couple years & can’t seem to lose it & keep it off. I’m 308 lbs right now & I want to lose 40lbs by 6/1 & my ultimate goal is to get down to 180 or 190.
I’m 28 & 5’9” & all of my weight is in my belly & arms. I don’t really have a butt or boobs lol

To lose weight, you have to eat less/move more, for real, consistently, and for a long time - you know that. Set up MFP with your current stats and goal, and you get a good target to stick to, effective, not too hard. What's stopping you?0

I think it’s bc I have less time to prepare meals & exercise0
