    It’s weird for me! I don’t understand the comfort eating! I know it’s real but when I’m down depressed anxious or any other negative emotion I don’t eat hardly at all! It has the complete opposite effect on me! I have barely eaten the last three weeks! Equally not as healthy!

    Ask yourself a few questions... what are you values, what are your passions? What brings you joy? What brings you peace and contentment? Consider the needs of the physical, emotional and spiritual. Considers those that genuinely need you like children. Write it out, and meditate over it.

    WHAT DO I WANT AT THIS VERY MOMENT?

    To not be so weak that I sacrifice what I want most for what I want right now.
    What I usually want at any given moment could be an impulse or temptation that doesn’t benefit me long term. I have too often screwed future self and ended up paying painful or more difficult consequences because I satisfied the immediate instead of investing in tomorrow; because I took the easy road instead of doing it the hard way.
