So what's your idea of a perfect Friday night?
Right now I'm watching crap TV, sat on my own bored out of my mind haha.
The tub of ice cream im about to eat will certainly help ;)

    My ideal Friday night....bonfire out back, crickets chirping, country music playing quietly... surrounded by the ones I love! Oh and whisky.

    hot date, nice little dinner and a good movie in. or since i'm attached now, i guess a perfect friday night would be a nice hot bubble bubble bath, then get an amazing back massage and then a cuddle up on the couch with a good movie and a glass of wine ending in some video game playing. sounds like i have a plan now! (only need to get him on board for the back massage and find a good movie)

    A perfect Friday night vs. what I actually do are two different things. They both make me happy (for a time), but one holds a bit more meaning than the humdrum of what is usual around here.

    Ideally:
    • Go to pizzeria and order pizza with weird toppings
    • Buy craft beers and ciders I don't normally see
    • Have super interesting and intellectual talk with person I really care about
    • Stroll through an area of town while continuing said talk on our way to a concert
    • Get to concert venue; people watch and make general commentary about what we see
    • Watch concert, sing all the songs, have a great time and maybe more alcohol
    • See where the night takes us

    What I normally do is order pizza, maybe drink some beer, cider or wine, play a little Minecraft with my son or watch movies with him, get him ready for bed, read books and then continue either playing a video game I want to play or knitting and watching something on Netflix.
