I confess, I mumble to myself a little bit too much when working out, and also laugh and make funny faces at myself in the mirrors around the gym as I pass by them; I THEN wonder what other people in the gym think and tend to laugh at that... god I need lifting peeps.2

IC that after reading some of the other confessions here, I may need to reexamine my fondness for alcohol. After last night's "let's drink a whole bottle of wine alone and stay up until 4AM even though you have to be up at 6" stunt, I'm thinking about at least minimizing it to weekends only and only enjoying a drink or two instead of drinking something every night and/or getting in moods where I consume entire bottles of product. I had a slight problem with alcohol abuse in college and it looks like I may not be 100% immune now, even though I wouldn't qualify myself as needing an intervention or needing to go to a program like AA.
I just think that maybe, just maybe, I should work towards cutting it out of my diet for mind, body and spirit at some point, even though I love the feeling associated with letting the walls down I have built up in my life when I consume alcohol. It's nice to be able to relax, but not at the expense of my body, my life or my responsibilities.
Just some food (or wine) for thought, lol.9

I confess the reason I put 15lbs back on last winter was because there's a Cici's pizza on my way to school.3

Depending upon how much you were drinking, it's deadly dangerous to quit entirely at once unlike with smoking cigarettes/cigars!
I will take your highly educated opinion on addiction under advisement...... ffs.
My intent wasn't to be malicious, I was just attempting to save a life whether that be yours and/or someone else's whom reads this, that mightn't know the dangers of alcohol withdrawal. Since I am not an expert, I'll supply expert data:
