New to app and motivated to lose weight...

I am liking this calorie counter. Keeps me from eating excessive calories. I hope to keep to my calorie goals and make time to exercise on down time. Looking to chat for positive support and me giving positive feedback. I feel I have purpose just need to make time in between jobs and responsibilities. How is your day going?

    Hey Lisa, welcome to MyFitnessPal. It’s definitely not easy to keep track of your daily intake plus find time to exercise. But you can do it. Even 15 minutes of exercise a day is great. Stay positive!!!!

    Hi Lisa.
    I can be a binge eater and pick at food a lot.
    Since doing this app, the weight is falling off me and it's made me so aware of how many calories I was consuming.
    So it has put a stop to me eating mindlessly and the weight is coming off nicely, to which I thought I was destined to be big.
