    They've got some tasty cutlery at The Barrows, might be worth grabbing a knife or two! Personally, I prefer to do all my shop at The Gap of Rohan - they've got an outlet there.

    Yeah but their cloaks and waistcoats are so mainstream. I prefer Mace-y’s in the Rohan Armory.

    13km since my last update.

    21.45km to the Black Rider.
    My legs seem to almost be on board with this serious increase of walking/joggin that's happening.
    Hopefully the weather will let up soon and let me outside.

    40.74 Miles to 3 Days After Weathertop

    Yeah....my body didn't like the C25K idea... sigh I struggled with week 1. I'm not even gonna attempt week 2. At least, not at this stage. I've got to get out of this flare first. C'est la vie. At least I tried it.

    Don’t worry about that! It took me forever to finish. And I still walk faster than I run, so what’s the point? ( purely from a transportation standpoint)

    Also as I recall, the only (non-battle) runners were Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas while the were tracking Merry and Pippin after their abductionby the Orcs. Frodo and Sam just plodded along:)
