    Weigh in today is 193.8
    Between work and the miles I did in Zumba I am going to estimate I did 5 miles each zumba class and 6 miles each night I worked so that is 33 miles total.

    did: about 19 miles

    the 25 miles challenge was really hard. I went from doing about 6 miles a week to trying to do 25 and failed. Though some of it wasn't my fault. It rained like there was a hurricane instead of a tropical storm, so I couldn't walk everyday. But I think I'm going to continue trying to walk 25 miles each week.

    I'm so on top of the water lol, to be honest I only worked out 2 days this week 5 miles biking and then 5 miles jogging.

    ugh so ended up going up to 190lbs this week! a bit disheartened about that... i did, however, manage to do 28 miles this week :) looking forward to the next challenge!
