Sweat bands or body wraps....

Does anyone use sweat bands to rid water retention in my body? Are they effective? What do you use, arm bands, thigh bands, or neoprene body pants/shirt?

    I have that post pregnancy belly pouch and my Dr states I have what seems to be “5 gallons” of water retained on my abdomen and water retention on my arms...

    If you have excessive water retention issues, your Dr should help you out with those.

    Are you sure it's not just a combination of loose skin and fat?

    That just requires patience and consistency ("just" is perhaps making it appear easy - not easy, but you can lose the fat, and your skin will tighten up to a certain point over time)
