Hi everyone!
I'm changing my life, and am in the process of becoming a former obese person. Joined a gym, got a Fitbit, My Fitness Pal, and am on a strict medical diet to lose 40 lbs before Memorial Day, for a lifesaving surgery. Hoping to find some encouraging friends here.
