Hi all,
I have been a member of MFP for literally years but never managed to stick with it.

Now I’m at it again and I’m looking for buddies who have the same goals.

I’m currently 201lbs and a 5”2 female looking to lose around 40-50lbs.

If anyone is in the same boat or have any goals they wish to share I’d love to hear from you!

    hi, we are in a very similar boat I am around 13 and half stone at 5'3. needing to lose 3 stone!i have been on and off MFP for ages, but this time hoping to make a change!! i wish you all the best
