Newbie

Hi all. New to myfitnesspal. Not massively overweight and quite well proportioned but would like to lose around 5-8kg. I started on a fitness regime start of the year with running and cycling but can’t seem to shift weight off the scales. I exercise between 3/6 times a week alternating running/turbo interval training.

I’m tracking calories at 1200 plus what I exercise so I’m hoping this will allow me to lose some of the weight.
