New Me, Same Story

Hey MFP,

A little over a year ago I came on here determined, and in a lot of ways I succeeded. I lost over 30 pounds and looked the best I had in years, but gained it all back between graduating from college, moving to Boston, starting new jobs, etc. life happens.

I recently tried the WW Freestyle program for about a month and didn’t love it, I really want to get back to the healthy habits I developed this time last year. Like a lot of folks on here, I have a history of weight gain and I’ve been overweight my entire adult life. It’s been the one struggle I have never fully overcome.

This time, I’m setting a new goal of intentionality. Fueling my body intentionally, being intentional about getting enough rest, intentionally moving my body, and intentionally using my time. There are some major lifestyle changes I need to make, even outside of just eating the right food, that can contribute to this success.
