The muscle breakdown can cause kidney problems I was running a fever and felt very weak so my Dr took some blood work my kidney levels were high. He said I was fine that he’s seen numbers in the hundred thousands but the nurses were freaking out telling me if I didn’t take this serious I could die so now I’m undecided when to return back to the gym and how hard I should push because I push myself to the limits but of course I don’t want to die because of it lol any thoughts on this please feel free to share them with me thanks

How many times a week do you do?
Any supplements you're taking as well?

Sounds like like rhobdo which is life threatening. Anything that destroys the muscles can cause this; it can happen in a trauma situation like a building collapsing on you, or from working out too hard. Seriously, you need to dial it back, stay hydrated, avoid caffeinated energy drinks. If it happens again drink plenty of water/sports drinks and go to the emergency room.

Could definitely be Rhabdo. Just keep working with your doctor and possibly find a specialist. Figure out why this is happening to you. Best of luck!

pushing yourself to the limits every workout is a bad training protocol.

sounds like rhabdomyolysis is a possibility...

Coming to an internet forum to get medial advice is probably not the best idea. You need to have this conversation with your doctor. Listen to what your doctor says not strangers on the internet about serious health conditions. Good luck!

He told me that I was ok to workout but in my head in the gym all I can remember is the nurses freaking out so I’m going light for now

6 days a week usually and sometimes a pre workout and protein

I assume you're talking about rhabdomyolysis (s.k.a rhabdo, for short), or something on the road to it? It's unusual, but yes, it can happen.

It would be best to consult a doctor, one who has specific details about your case, to define your best course forward.

We uninformed idiots on the internet, who have no details about your condition or test results, will cheerfully give you advice for free (worth every penny), however. ;)

Seriously: Get medical advice; with that you have the best chances to rehab/recover and return to pursuing fitness improvement. I wish you speedy recovery, and all the best!

Yes your right but I train hard but I’m holding back now because I’m scared of this type of injury
