Hello everyone!
I was lucky enough to receive a fitbit charge 2 from Santa this Christmas... However when I link it to my myfitnesspal it says it has synced but I can't see any calories etc I have burned/fitness information etc from the fitbit on myfitnesspal and I can't see any info I am putting on myfitnesspal about my diet/meal plans on the fitbit app....
Any ideas or anyone had the same issue? I really want to get them connected properly to get the most out of them!
Thank you! Also a little shout out to my Instagram page...

There's often a delay before data shows up - I usually give it at least 15 minutes.
Have you been using it since Christmas and it's worked OK until now? Or are you just now syncing up with MFP?

Hiya Lyssa, I linked them about 2 weeks ago and they have not worked at all yet.0 -

I had a problem updating/syncing another app for sometime until I started clicking " Complete Diary", it usually does the trick.0

Synchronizing them isn't enough, you have to go to the 'steps' tab on MFP and make sure that it takes your Fitbit into account.
Also the MFP app is extremely buggy and doesn't always synchronize properly with the server (when I add something on my phone, for example, it doesn't show on the browser 90% of the time unless I randomly click on things on the app - VERY annoying and it hasn't been fixed in YEARS).2 -
If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.
If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.
Try turning off Bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink using only the web versions of both MFP and Fitbit.
If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new
