  • When I'm really really hungry, I chew on ice or drink as much water as I can. I also make up bags of things for when I'm desperate but not desperate enough to actually go for the bowl of ice cream :P So I make up packs of nuts, fruit, etc. so that I'm not so tempted by other things.
    A cup of tea or coffee is also good, but as much as I love them, I try to avoid them so I can avoid the empty calories.
