Beginning my Journey!

My name is Raven, I’m beginning this journey AGAIN. I was an overweight teen, and lost it all. After my weight loss I had two children, & decided to get on birth control. That is where my weight gain started again. I quickly gained 70 lbs before I knew it. I got my birth control taken out, but haven’t been able to “bouce back” so I’ve decided to go on a diet and get healthier. I was degraded by my s.o and it has really put me in a muck, but I’m determined to take my life back. I’d love to have some friends that are on this journey with me for emotional support. ❤️

Hi there! I put on weight after going on depo with my second child. I literally ballooned if that's even a word! Once I got off it I lost the weight. But I am on it again after having my third child and it's hard to lose weight! Contraception really makes it difficult to shift the weight. I totally understand where you are coming from.
We can do this though. We are strong women and with some changes we can make a difference to our health.
