Potato chips. Anything chippy. Ohgod. I want some now just thinking about it. :'(

Right? Some people have a thing for chocolate and sweets, but me? If there's something salted and crunchy and chip-shaped, I'm screwed. It's worse if there's some kind of dip.

Me too! Chips are my biggest weakness I cannot have any in the house.

No specific food. Just a mix of high sugar/fat that I feel I haven't earned (if I just worked out it's not an issue).

it used to be coffee flavored m&ms or popcorn. I would eat a couple of big bags of those m&ms a couple of times a week. Popcorn 3 or more times daily. Most things (labeled) junk happen to be a trigger for me. I used to drink a couple of cans of mountain dew or any soda daily but gave it up for the most part.

Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Cereal. Oh man. I love that stuff.

Popcorn (downed a whole bag for lunch last week. Was on a medium run day, so I figure the sodium worked :D)

Maple Almond Butter. I could and would eat half the jar in one sitting. Thankfully it is kind of pricey so I don't buy a lot. I used to do a scoop in my oatmeal, then I found myself grabbing more and more spoonfuls of it. I'm not really watching weight but nutrients, but it could easily get out of hand if I was hungry enough, lol.

I used to eat maple peanut butter by the spoonfuls. That stuff is seriously addicting.

Doritos and chocolate chip cookies for me to. I can’t. It’s hard not to buy them when I’m walking down the aisles too so I’ve had to avoid the center aisles

Butter on carbs (toast, waffles, tortillas, bagels, grapenuts, popcorn)
    Nutella
    Potato chips

I usually avoid buying these, but we always have butter around. I just try to fit it into a higher calorie day if I'm wanting it. But around PMS time...watch out!!

Also, just leftover food sitting out after dinner. I will be in the kitchen and just pick and pick at it, but if I just get the leftovers put away, no problem! So lately I'm trying to do that more quickly.

    Milk Chocolate Cadbury Mini Eggs
    Dark chocolate covered pretzel crisps

Anything that gets my sweet tooth involved is dangerous to begin with, but with those two I have no chance of stopping!

Crunchy salty foods such as chips of any kind, fries and popcorn are the hardest for me to moderate. Sometimes I can stop at one serving, other times not so much.

ETA: The other times I eat my serving, then say screw it and grab the box. Next thing I know, it's half gone! Best to stay away if I'm really hungry!

Went to a coffee morning event today, having set a 'hard' limit of two biscuits for the session, however over the years I have learned my weakness for sweet chocolate covered cookie temptations, so to these social outings I take limited spending money. Four biscuits and one fruit cake slice later, I walked home with my head held up high ( am sure more calories are burned this way). Now who can work out, why I had no cash for the bus ticket home

Any type of chip/cracker. So - I just don't eat them! I can easily eat a box of cheez-its in a day and then some! It's so sad.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! I will eat them until I'm sick, then eat some more! Also, beer and donuts.
