Today's challenge is: Mountain Climbers
Let's see if we can do 100.
These are new to my challenges so be sure and post back how you did so I know well we can handle them.
For counting purposes both legs is one.
If you can't do 100 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Augh! I did 25...that's all I've got! I had surgery on my wrist a couple of months ago and since then it's been a little tough to maintain a pushup-y position (I have to use my fingers on one side). Throw in wiggly motions and yowzers!
But now I want to do more, because I couldn't, haha. If I try again I'll report back!0 -
I did it, I did it, I did it, Yeeees I did it! It was not perfect but I did all 100 reps with mini breaks.0

going for it. Yesterday was the first time, I didn't complete a challenge when I committed. My arms gave out somewhere around 150+ dips. I tried to go back later, but had no success. Let's hope today is better.0

Done - Although I did do them in two sets of 50. It was a good number of climbs for me; maybe a younger more athletic person woul want to do more.0

I wont be doing this one. The ankle is still too tender for this, i'll do the leg lifts again so as to at least work the upper leg muscles.0

completely forgot to post yesterday got in 120 leg lifts. I did both legs together slowly to get a better burn from it.0
