Little progress

I lost my AB definition 5 years ago when I got lazy with my exercise and diet. I need to lose 8 pounds before I can start focusing on them. Right now if I focused hard on abs, my stomach muscles would be strong but I still wouldn't be able to see them lol. Just remember the saying. "Good looking Abs are made in the kitchen." You have to get your body to start using that excess fat stored in the Ab area as fuel. So make sure your burning more calories daily than your taking in. Good luck!
