need to loose body fat?

Hey there everyone! I am currently trying to loose body fat! I am unsure as to how to go about this... I am not overweight by any means, I'm 105 and 5'4'', heck, I'm probably not even normal! I have small love handles as well as a lil' belly pooch and inner thigh fat that really bugs me. Also I genuinely have no waist due to what I assume is the excess fat, it is literally a straight line from my armpit to the oh so lovely love handles. I've always had this, even looking back at pictures from when I was 11 years old, and always hated it but never did anything about it until recently. I kind of assumed that everything would magically straighten curve out come puberty, but that was certainly not the case! I have tried cutting my caloric intake down to 1250 and lost 3 pounds in 2 months down from 108 previously, but I did not see a difference in the body fat. I was doing so good eating healthy, but I find it hard living with my parents as neither of them care in the least bit about health, and don't like it when I buy groceries just for me. Its super hard not having anyone on my side (none of my friends eat healthy either) But anyways, if anyone has any tips on how I can loose body fat, they would be much appreciated!

You are very light already. Two things come to mind: wear wider trousers or start lifting heavy weights to build muscle, give you a better posture and possibly burn off a bit more fat. It will be slow though.4

You sound like you'd benefit more from recomp. You'll want to check out some of this: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p14

You're borderline underweight, I doubt there's much fat, more likely you're just that shape.
Eat at maintenance, lift heavy stuff.7 -

unfortunately for me, I'm a dancer and if I showed up to class with trousers on, I may just get shown the boot! Q: Is lifting heavier better for fat loss than cardio? I do lots of cardio, but clearly that's not working...0 -
People are different shapes. Apple, pear or hourglass. Even thin people can have fat at dangerous places. Round liver etc. I would improve on the kind of foods you eat and sometimes children are stronger then parents, or people need to be stronger then their friends and become the example. Storing fat can also have to do with a lot of toxins that are encapsulated by fat.18

What kind of toxins would be encapsulated by fat? Can you explain considering you make this claim?3 -

Can you explain what you mean by toxins encapsulated by fat? What toxins?3 -

anytime I gain weight, it goes straight to the 'handles. if it could go to my butt, that would be fine but my genetics say otherwise...2 -

Yes but you are slightly underweight. Read the link above, weight loss itself is definitely not the answer here.4 -
Yes, it's genetics. You could starve yourself even more, and lose all the muscles you need for dancing. You might still have that bit of fat there. That's what being a woman is. Don't trust fitness models as they are not that slim all the time. They probably gain substantial amounts of weight to build muscles and then cut it down again.4

Let me elaborate a little.. Gain some weight while working on your strength and conditioning. Pick a good program like 5x5 and eat just above maintenance and follow the program through till the end. You will see results!4 -

She's not borderline. She is underweight.3 -
I agree with others that you will look better as you gain muscle. That’s what you need.
Not that I recommend it but pregnancy changes your shape. That’s when my skinny daughter gained all her curves. The pooch might get floppier though.0 -

No. No, they don’t. “Toxins” (in this context) aren’t even a thing. They are a diet industry woo-science BS to scare you into buying something. Usually a “cleanse.”7 -
To answer the OP, lift heavy (for you) weights. StrongLifts 5X5 is a great beginner program. You can download the app and it will walk you through, basically.
Eat at maintenance calories, or even a slight surplus.
You are probably just built pretty straight up and down. I am, too. Lifting helped some, for me.3 -

Ok...?1 -
I would agree that the reason you dont have a flat stomach is from the lack of muscle... Its actually pretty common with those who are underweight.
Its quite possible, you will need to follow a few cycles of bulking and cutting to get to the body you want.
The key is following a well structured lifting routine and eating above maintenance, so you gain about 1/2 lb per week. After about 10 to 15 lbs, you can cut to mitigate the fat gain. And repeat as necessary.
