I had to look that up because I've never heard of that. Personally, I think cardio is going to be about the most important for you (besides learning how to land a punch). I would recommend building up to a HIIT running routine. Not just jogging at a steady pace. Can you jump rope? Great exercise. Do you have a boxing trainer?

Not the best idea. Totally of of shape, no boxing experience, short timeframe.

Sorry, calling it as I see it. If you want to do this, give yourself some time to get in shape.

Strength training. Given the tight timeline Starting Strength or Stronglifts will help a lot in this regard. You may need a modified schedule for lifting depending on your boxing training schedule as well.

Keep in mind these are two separate types of training; the strength training's focus is generalized for overall muscle building (and will increase your endurance somewhat), where the boxing training is to develop your ring skills. Don't fall into the trap of making the gym time 'functional' by mimicking the ring-specific skills with weights.

You don't have a trainer at your boxing gym?
