So I logged my calories for one day eating what I normally eat and I suddenly realized how I got to be overweight. It is so easy to eat 4000 calories in a day. It reminds me that this isn't a diet it has to be a lifestyle permanent change. 20 lbs down 20 to go.

Right! Its crazy how fast they add up ! I do juicing as well you get so much veggies and fruit but in a drink it tastes good and literlly wakes me up to be active ! As well as eating healthy i started 3 weeks ago ive lost 13 lbs3
