Too late at this point lol I barely drink anymore but special occaision caused me to over indulge last night1

eat some bananas and eggs maybe some toast and drink alot of water- all fruits are great to alot of water and sugars to make you feel energized again. Though ya i agree cut down on the drinking and drink alot of water before bed = no hangovers XD1

Drink plenty of water.......sure fire way to recovery.......its the dehydration that gives you a bad head......Once in a while on special occasions is ok so don't beat yourself up. In the UK we get powders called resolve & they are brilliant!1

I usually cook spaghetti squash and dress it up like a pizza, really helps my cravings for greasy food but carb free and loaded with veggies. It's too much for me today though, was hoping for something good and savory . Might try some dried veggies!2

Spaghetti squash is not carb free. Lol.
not to mention whats wrong with carbs theres a reason you crave carby foods after drinking.0 -

I know it's not what you asked but the best hangover cure in the world is Alka Seltzer. Try to choke some of that down.1

I've found that eating fresh vegetables (tomato, cucumber, paprika, carrot) on the day after going out seems to deal with any hangover side effects and makes me feel great over all. It doesn't sound very exciting but seems to work for me at least.0

Poached eggs and avocado on toast with a couple of slices of crispy bacon topped off with hot sauce and a BIG cup of coffee. Oh and a pint or two of water2
