Hi all! I've used fitness pal for a like while now. Unfortunately my weight loss journey hasn't been consistent until now (at least I hope lol) trying to lose 60lbs. Any tips and workout routines?

    Yes, every three weeks, change up your work outs, so you don't plato.

    Cardio and weight training combo 5 days a week , not just be at the gym , work your *kitten* off , there is no easy way if you are really serious about it , good luck
