Is cheese a good option when needing a snack?

Anything is a good option, as long as it fits your calories and goals!
Cheese has protein and fat, which can be satiating. Depending on the type, it can also be high calorie, so make sure you weigh it in order to make sure you don’t accidentally go over your calorie goal!3 -

Yeah this pretty much! Cheese especially cottage cheese is a good choice before bed etc because of the high fat and protein. Just be sure to weigh it and track the calories and you'll be solid. A nice snack I have is peanut butter on a rice cake, nice 'n' salty ^^1
