I am trying to eat 5-250 calories at 3 hour intervals. I've been successful for the past week but would love different recipe ideas on how to mix it up a little because I will easily get tired of eating the same thing. My 250 calories should have protein as a base and any kind of nuts are out due to my allergies.
Does anyone have any recipes or resources to share?
