Is it too late to join this challenge? I joined this forum today and looking for big motivation to lose weight. I started off my weight loss journey @237 pounds and I am currently @194, looking forward to lose 40 lbs more. As far leslie sansone is concerned , I love her workouts. So far did 17 miles in august and planning to complete 65 miles in the entire month.....

I have the 5 mile advanced walk and one of the miles uses hand weights. It may be the same though, she uses some miles on several different DVD's.
The 3 Mile Weight loss Walk uses hand weights on two of the miles according to a review on amazon.com.
Walk away the Pounds: Super Fat Burner also uses weights.0 -
