I was wondering if someone could point me in n a direction. Bulking makes my days close to miserable, so I am discovering that my actual goal is to get stronger and leaner if that is even possible. Build muscle for sure, but not have to gorge a million calories a day. Full body workout plus healthy nutrition should get my body looking good, right ?

If you are not wanting to bulk, all you need is a 250-500 cal increase, do a recomp like @Davidsdottir suggests.

Well I work 10 hour days and I have to be pretty alert the whole time. Eating so much puts me in food comas. Maybe I’m doing it wrong !!! Lol who knows. I eat pretty damn good as is.0
