Activity level?

I work in construction 8 or more hours a day up and down ladders carrying things 50 to 100 pounds at any given time 5 days a week I spend 90 min in the gym 5 days a week was doing 6 gym days a week but recently cut back to 5 days because of non traumatic randomalysis my activity level is set at very active by what I just shared is this an appropriate setting for me I’m not trying to lose any more weight btw thanks!

    Activity level on MFP doesn't include exercise, but based on your job I would say very active is appropriate. Try it for a month and if you see that you're gaining, drop down to active.
