I'll be jumping in a day late, but I think I'm going to do the flexibility one. I went a little crazy in December and couldn't keep up. I am also doing a mild strength program that the flexibility one will actually really help with that I am going for., and Martial Arts. Here's to hoping I can keep this one going!3
