I put them in salads instead of croutons sometimes.

    LOVE....THIS...IDEA! :D
(Wish the awesome button was back)

gotta love pork rinds. Cannot wait til my braces come off!

Pork crunch is more puffed over in UK - may not be fried?

They kind of don't get on the fork right but if that doesn't bother you it's goood.

I have them for lunch everyday. I do need to watch my sodium, so I'm looking for ways to cut it from lunch meat and cottage cheese, so I can still have my pork rinds!

When I want something salty and crunchy pork rinds fit the bill but only a measured out portion.
I stay away from chips though....pork rinds are my substitute!

I've seen them in the stores, but I've never tried them. :hides: Now seeing how many of you enjoy them I *might* have to try them.

Plain ones are kind of bland, IMO. But they come flavored in all sorts of ways, so check 'em out.

I like them a lot, but have to remind myself to chew slowly. I've torn the roof of my mouth up pretty good with them once from being too enthusiastic.

Love the spicy one's, lower calories than potato chips and they have protein.

I love using pork rinds with my tuna instead of cracker.

Wow! 101 ways to love pork rinds. I've always dismissed them as gross and unhealthy. Now I'm thinking I need to take another look at them as a swap for chips.

    Thanks bro.

Just as calorie dense but they're good and just filled with protein, and fat. They actually work well for me if I have the calories to spare.
