    I've ordered a pedometer so that I can track how far i've gone! Since I will only be tracking from when I receive it im going to have to work extra hard to get those miles in!!

  • Only at 10 miles from our mileage challenge :( Boo, Fell off thewagon a few days, so i didn't lose, but ididn't gain either!!
  • Check in - didn't lose any weight so still at 99.3kg
    and I think I got about 7-10kms on the treadmill, I can't say for sure
    sorry guys!

    for the european ladies such as myself that's 1.89 litres, so basically 2.
  • Weigh in today is 193.8
    Between work and the miles I did in Zumba I am going to estimate I did 5 miles each zumba class and 6 miles each night I worked so that is 33 miles total.

    did: about 19 miles

    the 25 miles challenge was really hard. I went from doing about 6 miles a week to trying to do 25 and failed. Though some of it wasn't my fault. It rained like there was a hurricane instead of a tropical storm, so I couldn't walk everyday. But I think I'm going to continue trying to walk 25 miles each week.

    I'm so on top of the water lol, to be honest I only worked out 2 days this week 5 miles biking and then 5 miles jogging.

    ugh so ended up going up to 190lbs this week! a bit disheartened about that... i did, however, manage to do 28 miles this week :) looking forward to the next challenge!
