60 Day Streak - 25lbs Down

Today is the 60th day of my current streak since my wife and I made New Year's resolutions to tighten up our diets and exercise at least 5 times a week. We also started drinking green smoothies for breakfast and for some reason that has seemed to be the "x-factor" for me. I quit drinking pop and started working out regularly in 2017, but I would often plateau for long periods of time. I did manage to drop almost 25 lbs though over the course of the year. As of right now I am shooting for dropping another 50lbs and that would put me right around 225. Which I haven't been at since... um... middle school I think? It might take me another year to get there but slow and steady wins the race. Happy Friday everyone and thank you to all of you for your inspiring posts on MFP!
