How often would you PREFER to "workout" with your partner?

    My wife doesn't lift weights, but I do. My wife likes yoga, but I don't.

    So, we like to hike together. Considered a workout?

    "workout". Since our filthy minds can insert any actual subject, my workout with my SO lately has been to daily change the bandages dressing her arms which were covered in sores she'd inflicted on herself scratching at her eczema. They're improving. Perhaps a few weeks we can change our workout.

    Ideally twice a week. These days it's closer to once a week tho.

    We don't live together and he likes to lift weights and I really enjoy cardio so our gym time doesn't sync up very well.

    3 - 4 times a week depending on schedules with kids and such. Actual gym workouts together are fewer and farther between but it's nice when those happen too. :)
