Getting enough of and the right balance of micronutrients

Cannot work out number of poly and mono unsaturated fats for health. Saturated is easy (less than 10% but too much omega 6 in ratio to omega 3 harder to sort out between poly and mono which seem to be mixtures of both with ratios that aren't good ( ie too high in omega 6)

    I don't think you have to fret over that. Eat a variety of foods and not too much of anything, cook more from scratch, and you're fine.

    I have no idea how much I eat of which. I focus on a well balanced diet that includes plenty of nutrients as well as some treats that don't.

    I need more specific information of what I eat as I have many health problems like diabetes, bone problems low iron levels also need to reduce carbs and heart problems need to reduce saturated fat
