However many fit in my calorie goal after I've hit fat & protein minimums, and maybe slipped in a little alcohol sometimes? It usually runs 200-250. This would be with around 2000-2100 gross calories most days (in maintenance).

265g on a 2200 cal diet. I'm a powerlifter so the extra carbs helps

Not tracking food daily but varies hugely between "quite a lot" and "lots".
I never set a specific limit on my carbs apart from fitting within my calorie allowance.

Most in a day was 650g.

My daily carb goal is 275g, and I'll average around that. I'll eat more on a day when I do a long bike ride, less on a rest day. I'm 5'9" and 140 lbs (down from a high of 206) currently on maintenance.

I currently weigh 156 and carbs ave about 38% of my daily gross intake of about 2200 cal/day, which works out to about 209g/day.

Protein and fat ave 35% and 27% or about 192g and 66g, respectively, per day.

I should also note that I burn at least 550 cals/day rowing, so my net cals/day is only 1650 at maintenance.

I usually eat over 350g per day, I am currently bulking. When I am cutting, it's usually somewhere around 200g.

I just looked at my chart/report in MFP, it looks like I average 220g/day. Over the last 90 days it has varied anywhere from a low of 139g to a high of 469g.

It's not something I even pay attention to on a day to day basis. Until I looked at that chart, I couldn't have even told you what my average was. The only macro I pay any attention to is making sure I hit/exceed my protein goal for the day. I let fat and carbs fall where they fall, but most often I end up somewhere in the neighborhood of 40c/30p/30f.

I used to eat pretty low carb. Around 150 carbs daily or less. I have raised that number to almost 200 and have better energy during my workouts:-)

Usually between 150-200 g, sometimes more. Out of ~ 2000 calorie daily goal.
