I just hit that "over the hill" mark and decided it was time to hit the gym as well. I definitely need to work on my dieting habits. After being around 210 for several years I'm looking to get to 170. I'm seeing slow progress but, progress nonetheless. So, some motivators are welcome to motivate if you'd like. Let's hold each other accountable to attain our goals. Add me if you'd like.
