Hello!
As the title may suggest, this is not the first time I have been here. I am, however, determined that this will be the time that counts! I have been using MyFitnessPal off and on for years. I know the app helps and that the community here is great!

I am hoping to make some friends here, and that we can encourage and cheer each other on as we work towards our goals. Send a friend request or message my way, and let’s make this journey together! :)

A little background on me: I studied Health and Exercise Science for several years before switching majors in college. I know a lot about the “how” of losing weight and getting healthy, but I really struggle with the Motivation to put the work in for myself. I am more than happy to share my knowledge with you if you will share your motivation and positivity with me! This way we can all win! :)

    Sounds good when im in the zone i can do amazing but when i let life get in the way thats when i struggle and lose the plot but determined i make it to a much healthier weight this time xc

    You sound back there well done
    Years I’ve yoyoed as life but I know it only works if we aren’t too strict and lose the all or nothing mentality
    Eat foods you love do exercise you enjoy = success
