    1st -I was soo busy all day. I did syretch and walk
    2nd- I was shopping and cooking all day in preparation for a hosted date night at my church.
    3rd- rest day
    4th- stretch, abs,legs,arms,squats,walk with my dogs

    Ive been doing these ad part of my legs. I guess ive been working on my butt also.

    Got my reps in on Flexibility and Tank Top but I skipped the pushups this time and did medicine ball tosses instead... I hate pushups. I do medicine ball toss ups into a squat for a total of 100 reps

    Celebrated my eldest's 24th birthday yesterday, so all I got in was some Zumba & stretching, but I'm back on the grind today!
