    Hi, I've been training a while but not seeing much progress, I am looking to drop body fat and gain lean muscle, I workout 4/5 times a week which are weight sessions , not doing a lot of cardio at the moment, usually throw in HIIT or circuit style cardio when it's getting closer to holiday time, I have been recommended to eat around 1800-2000 cals a day, I am only 5ft 1 weight 110 pounds, any help would be appreciated? is this the right amount of calories should I decrease them ?
