I started eating healthy and dieting begining of the year. I also started going to the gym 2-3 times a week( very lightly as not excersized for years). I have lost 10 kg,feeling really good in myself, but I have noticed my weight is slowly creeping back up and I don’t no why. Can somebody possibly tell me the reason........

What does "slowly creeping back up" mean? How much have you regained in what period of time?
    Are you female?

You say you’re eating healthy and dieting, but are you in a calorie deficit?

I’m a 42 old male. I’m under my calorie total for the day quite easily and I log everything correctly (weighing foods and measuring liquids). I was 95kg to start and have dropped to 85kg but I’m now back between 87-88kg

So a 5lb increase? That amount of a fluctuation is expected.

I go from 181-188 in the same week. There's so many factors. Water weight. Food in your digestive tract. The time of day. What you've been eating.

What does "quite easily under" your calories mean? Is that a generalized guess, you actually know the daily deficit, or an extreme and unhealthy deficit?

I can hit my daily target of calories which is 1900 at weekends when I eat a bit more, but usually I’m around 1750-1800 in the week and I don’t use what it says I got for exercise...

How long has your weight been going up for? If it's less than 3 weeks you're more than likely psyching yourself out
