30 day shred then onto Ripped in 30

Hey starting 30 day shred today and then moving onto ripped in 30 after that insanity :p please feel free to add me and we can support and motivate each other I’m hoping to get in shape for my wedding in November :) thanks and good luck xxx

    I started with 30 day shred and Ripped in 30 as well. I've only tried the one insanity"fast and furious" video. I like other circuit training videos from The Firm and Denise Austin, as well as T25 alpha and beta.

    I love Beginner Shred! In fact, I made it through all three work outs and then was disappointed when I started 30 Day Shred and the set up is completely different and I dislike it! I still use Beginner Shred, mixed in with various other work outs.
