This is my second...ahh third... Maybe forth time at this. I don't have any friends except my Boyfriend. He's one of those skinny guys who can wolf down a bag of chips and not gain any weight. He tries to be supportive, but I don't think he gets how hard this can all be. At my heaviest I was 275lbs. I'm now down to 214. I still have a lot more to lose. I'm hoping this time if I can find some people to help keep me stay accountable, that maybe I can finally reach my goal! Feel free to add me!0

What's up Guys!!! Keep up the good work. I'm the only one in my whole family who follows a keto diet and it's not easy. However something that has helped me a lot is doing meal preps. That way I know what I am going to be eating. Also don't do cheat meals starting ... just makes it harder. Great things come after great sacrifice1
