Hi everyone I am back to get 20 lb off. Very determined to focus on my health. 2017 was tough and hard to focus my sister died in May of Cancer at age 54. I broke up and got out of an unhealthy relationship in Nov. Focussed on positive healthy changes equaling positive healthy results. Best of luck to all on your journey!
