Need help to lose 30 pounds!! Any tips?

I really need tips how to lose weight in a fast and healthy way cause summer is coming and I want to look good cause I’ve gained so much weight last year so fast I was 135 and no I’m 150!!!

    Fast and healthy are pretty much mutually exclusive. Set your goal to lose .5-1 pound a week, eat that amount of calories plus at least a portion of your exercise calories. Log everything as accurately as possible, including using a food scale if need be. The faster you lose, the greater chance you’ll lose muscle mass, which will leave your body looking not quite ideal when you reach your goal.

    If you were 135 lbs and are now 150, by my math that means you need to lose 15 lbs.

    Maintain a caloric deficit of 500 cal/day to lose an average of 1 lb/week. (Weight loss is not linear. Some weeks you'll lose nothing, some weeks you'll lose double. How exactly it will go from week to week or day to day cannot be predicted.) At that rate you should be able to lose 15 lbs by the middle of June. Add weight training to help retain muscle mass and lose mostly fat.

    Mind you, this rate is probably too fast when you only have 15 lbs to lose, particularly since you're not that heavy to start with. I don't really recommend it, and you may not get the look you want. But it's doable.
