T25 question

I am planning to start T25 again. I am thinking of splitting the double workout and doing one on the rest day. I find the stretching is a rest day in itself. Would I be defeating the goal of the workout program?

    Nope. It doesn't matter if you do the second workout the next day unless your goal is to increase your endurance. I didn't take any rest days on T25. I actually usually did 2 workouts plus a treadmill walk.

    Thank you for the input. timewise, the double workout if difficult to fit in.
