Okay, this morning I ate breakfast (a bowl of cereal with 1% Milk) I took the kids I nanny for to the aquarium/mall of America and bought this delicious looking belgium chocolate shake (I know, naughty) drank about 1/4 of it and started to feel sick (I haven't had "junk" food in about a month) NOW, I'm not hungry at all....but I've only consumed about 250 cals....should I eat because I need to or not? I don't wanna get sick, but I know it's not good to not eat.

  • I personally don't eat if I'm not hungry, but maybe you could eat like some soup, or have a smoothie or something to get your calories up without making you feel sick.

I'd say listen to your body, don't eat if you're not hungry. Your calories don't need to be perfect every day.
  • Just have a light snack. Your body isn't going to be starved if you don't eat, but that shake is all sugar and is going to go straight through you. Once that's gone, you'll likely get ravishingly hungry and might eat more than you should later. Just have a cheese stick or some nuts or something of the like. Nothing to fill you up, but something to keep you going and to tide you over for when your shake is gone.
