I have been going to the track here lately. jogging a mile at first walking half. then i try to do bleachers. I started out doing 28 steps 5 times and i am now doing it 7 times. Do any of yall run bleachers.

    I would love to but here in upstate ny the weather has been crazy, freezing one moment, tons of snow the next and then warm but rainy. Though I have taken my boys sledding almost every weekend so that is a lot of hill climbing for me, lol. Great job and keep it up.

    I want to after I get a little more in shape, I'd prob kill myself if I tried right now, I know my *kitten* could use it!

    interestingly enough killing yourself, not literally of course, will make you burn fat like crazy! Im sure Ill get some weird responses for this but honestly the harder you make you heart work within reason the better off for you.
