Hi everyone.
Just started logging in again.
Looking to build some strength on a budget. Don't have time, space, or money to throw into expensive home gym equipment.
Been following/ reading up on progressive calisthenics for awhile. Starting to see some benefits. Add me if you in the same boat

One of the first books I read was convict conditioning by Paul Wade. All about bodyweight training.
Concentrate on "the big 6" in the book
Pullups
Pushups
Core
Handstands
Legs
Bridges
You tube progressions of each one and pick a level that is right for you.
The book goes into progressions
Al Kavadlo has a couple of good books out too.
Hope that helps!0 -
Gday buddy I do alot of you you are doing and it is hardcore training! Best of luck. I will send u a FR so we can share some ideas1
